Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right fit with a clinician can make all the difference. My approach is centered on creating a space where clients feel genuinely safe, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with each person to explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions. Whether working with children, adolescents, or families, I strive to support clients in identifying their own goals and moving toward them in a way that feels empowering and nonjudgmental!

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025, with a concentration in crisis and trauma, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Before entering the counseling field, I worked as a high school math teacher, where I saw firsthand how emotional and mental health challenges can impact students beyond the classroom. That experience, along with my work as an AmeriCorps preschool assistant teacher focused on early intervention, deepened my passion for working with children and supporting youth and families at all stages of development.

I have a strong commitment to helping children as young as five, and adolescents build a sense of identity, confidence, and self-understanding that can support them throughout all stages of life. In my work, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each client’s unique needs, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, anxiety, and relational patterns. My goal is to help clients feel more confident in themselves, better equipped to manage challenges, and supported in creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
